We’re J.R. and Teresa Geraci, former owners of Beavercreek Pizza Dive.
We purchased the historic space late in 2019. It’s the former Grange Hall that Grange Hall Road is named after. There was a Grange Hall on the property beginning in the 1800s.
We were drawn to the charm, character, and history of the 1950s building and a chance to expand our hospitality services in the Dayton-Xenia merchant community.
We refreshed the building and grounds and continue to make innovations and improvements.
We updated the colors with more than 85 gallons of paint, added chandeliers and new window treatments, installed a bluetooth-connected sound system and high-speed internet mesh system, and fenced the grounds.
Our vision is to offer a beautiful and functional space at a price that makes it a good value for families, organizations, and businesses.
